Controlled professional report issue.

Provalio applies a server-enforced issue process before professional reports and outputs can be released. The platform checks the applicable evidence, professional review, regulatory assessment, mandatory wording and approval requirements and records a unique issue authorisation.

The issuing organisation and named adviser remain responsible for the engagement, professional judgement and final conclusions.

Why controlled issue matters

Prevents premature distribution

Reports cannot be released until every required control is complete. This prevents incomplete or unreviewed work from reaching clients or third parties.

Preserves version integrity

Each issued report is a defined version with locked content. Changes after issue create a new version with a new authorisation. The history is preserved.

Records accountability

Each issue records the named adviser, reviewer, evidence status, applicable standards and timestamp.

The seven stage issue process

Each stage must be completed before the report can be issued. The platform records the status of each stage and prevents issue where any stage is incomplete.

1

Evidence complete

Supporting information, assumptions and limitations are recorded. All required evidence items are gathered, classified and graded before the report can proceed to review.

2

Named adviser review

The named adviser reviews the findings, calculations, conclusions and report. Professional judgement is applied at this stage.

3

Professional and regulatory assessment

The applicable professional, regulatory and communication requirements are assessed. The report confirms which requirements apply and why.

4

Additional review where required

A professional reviewer or second reviewer completes the required review where the engagement type, standard or regulatory requirement demands it.

5

Mandatory wording preserved

Required statements, limitations and responsibility wording remain present and cannot be removed before issue.

6

Exact report version confirmed

The approval applies to the exact report version and information reviewed. Content, evidence references and calculations are locked to the issue version.

7

Issue authorisation recorded

A unique issue authorisation is recorded before the report can be released. The authorisation includes the report version, evidence status, reviewer and timestamp.
